The Weekend That Was

Posted in: Family

The weekend started off so well, blue skies (my favourite), no clouds and lots of sun. A beautiful breakfast with my beautiful friends, garden exploring, lunch in the sun with Andrew and Toby, shoe shopping, a visit from my sister and her boyfriend Darren and dinner and watching a soccer match with our friend Sham.

Sunday on the other hand was grey, cold and wet which meant there was not much to do except have a coffee inside my favourite cafe, while Toby stayed tied up outside in his raincoat and a lot of lazing around the house.

I hope you had a great weekend and here’s to a good week.

^The Stables of Como, the most beautiful place to start the day, seriously.

^Two babes, Tom and his mama.

^The best smashed avo I have ever had, go try it!

^ These beautiful people, <3

^ The beautiful Como gardens.

^ Beautiful words from friends.

^ Hi!

^ Every weekend has to have an extended trip to the park with Toby’s favourite ball.

^ Mum, want a kiss?

^ Vietnamese rolls, the best!

^ Toby basking in the sunshine.

^ Toby’s opinion when shopping is always taken into consideration, ‘those look good, dad.’

^ Visitors, Aunty Dani and Uncle Darren, listening to Toby tell them all about the week he has had.

^ Goodbye kisses for Aunty Dani.

^ The Melbourne Hearts vs Melbourne Victory game, we were so excited to have such awesome seats, it was a shame it was such an uneventful game, score ended up being 0 – 0

^ Sunday morning started off with a haircut. Toby’s hair grows so quickly it’s ridiculous. I always cut him in the hallway, it’s eeasier to clean up all the hair inside then outside on the balcony.

^ No visit to the park on Sunday morning, it was raining so we ended up going for a walk to Market Lane.

^ My favourite place, Market Lane.

^ Morning fuel.

^ A wet dog.

^ Trying to get dry and warm.

^ Because of Sunday’s below average weather conditions, a lot of this was happening.
