A Helmet That Reads Dog’s Thoughts

Posted in: Uncategorized

What’s that saying? If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. The people at No More Woof imagined it and are now in the process of creating a device that can translate animal thoughts into human language. Even though this device isn’t available to purchase just yet, you can preorder one which will entitle you to the first edition of this gadget and you also support further research to finally break the language barrier between animals and humans.

How does it work? No More Woof says, the device reads your dog’s mind via electroencephalogram sensors — it measures brain waves. The team working on this have decoded some of the most easily detected doggie thought patterns, like “I’m hungry,” “I’m tired,” and “I want to pee.” Using a brain-computer interface powered by a Raspberry Pi, No More Woof turns these mental states into verbal cues.

Pretty high tech future stuff, hey? Pretty amazing though if it is accurate. What do you think? Would you like one of these?
