I have been receiving very sweet emails from readers of this blog asking if things are OK because of the lack of blog posts lately. Things are going well, Toby and I are still here, the blog is still here, but I have been preoccupied with other things at the moment which means this blog isn’t getting fed nearly enough or as much as I would like it to.
I have been helping relieve some of Andrew’s workload and helping him with his new business adventure he has been working on for the past 9 months. We are hoping this little (big) project will allow us to not only make it through the next 9 years while Andrew completes his studies, but also become a venture that will grow into a nationwide life long business. Andrew has some great plans for it.
So in my free time, I have been sifting through resumes, interviewing nurses, organising and sorting out Andrew’s paperwork which he doesn’t have time to do. And because of these things, posts on here are becoming far and few between.
I’m hoping this will change soon, I have so many half written posts and ideas just sitting at the back end of this blog begging to be completed. I want to complete them and am hoping that things settle down soon so I can pay attention to what I really love doing, blogging.
Anyway, this weekend my friend and I packed the kids, Toby and Missy, into the car and drove along the Great Ocean Road. We chilled out on the beach, ate fat hot chips, drank milkshakes out of cartons and stuffed our faces with ice creams. It was good. I am really going to miss everything that Melbourne/Victoria has to offer, it is seriously one of the best places on Earth.
