‘Hi! we have been super busy in the Neckerchief Factory this last month and no time to blog at all. My friends must be so glad to see the back of me next week because for the last 9 weeks while I have been living with them, the house is a buzz with the sound of the sewing machine, there is bits of cut off fabric all through the house and my room looks like a sweatshop.
There are so many, ‘I can’t believes,’ going on at the moment. I can’t believe I only have 1 more week of work left, I can’t believe I’m moving to Adelaide next week, I can’t believe I’ll be a mother in 7 weeks, I can’t believe that I get to live with my husband again, I can’t believe I won’t be earning an income for ages….scary! All these, ‘I can’t believes’ are so exciting, except for the last one!
I keep telling Andrew how excited I am about showing Toby his new home, he is going to love it so much. His new home has stairs which he will be running up and down on all day. He will get to spend his days at the beach licking coffee froth off my takeaway lid. He will have constant company and he gets to hang out and play with his papa every day.
Toby has handled all the changes that have been going on this year so well, I am really proud of him. His ability to adapt to new environments and situations makes him so easy to take care of. He is such a good furball and I’m so excited to see how he adjusts to being a big brother soon.
Anyway, there is no real point to this post except to say, ‘Hi!’ and that we are still here, sorry about the lack of content of late, it’s just been so busy on this side of the world. But, there are very exciting things in the pipeline for this Blog next year. We will be back, better than ever.
In the meantime, I will put up one or two more posts before the end of the year. Hope everyone is surviving the Christmas period and is enjoying the last few weeks left of 2014.
