Hello – A Baby’s Room

Posted in: Baby

nursery30

Our son’s room is ready.

It is a simple, non gender nursery that is bright and breezy.

I bought the ‘hello’ sign about 3 years ago for a nursery that I wasn’t sure I wanted. Thanks to my tokophobia, I didn’t think kids would be part of my life story.

The ‘hello’ sign has dictated the colour scheme and feel to the nursery.

‘Hello!’ is what I say when I wake up and see that Andrew and Toby are awake in bed next to me. Or if I want to wake Andrew up I whisper, ‘Hello, Andrew,’ into his ear, which he loves ;). When Toby comes up for snuggles in bed in the morning, ‘Hello Toby,’ is my greeting to him.

I’m looking forward to walking into the nursery when our baby is awake and saying, ‘Hello Baby!’ to him.
